Job Description

Join our Customer Service Team!£11.04 per hour and after 12 weeks hourly rate will rise to £11.71 per hour.

  • The role is full-time (37 hour per week). There are part time shift options available (27.5 hours per week)
  • This role is office-based role and requires you to be onsite in Wearside House, Riverside Place, Freemans Reach, Durham, DH1 1SL
We are looking for a positive, flexible, and customer-focused individual to join our busy call centre as a Customer Service Advisor.In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for working with other team members to ensure that we meet our customerservice goals.The role is full-time (37 hours per week). There are part time shift options available (27.5 hours per week). Shift Pattern to cover the following working hours: 5 days out of 7, between 8am-8pm Monday- Friday and between 8am- 6pm Saturday-Sunday. Weekendworking is required, and shift pattern will be discussed during your video interview.There may be opportunities for hybrid working but subject to availability and performance standards.What we offer:As a valued employee of the Manpower, youll have access to a range of amazing benefits;

What we are looking for:Ideally you will have worked in a customer service role before, but if this is your first role or a career change dont worry as we provide all the training and support, youll need.At a minimum you should have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
