You will use your knowledge and experience of CI methodologiesto positively influence HM Land Registry’s (HMLRs) organisational performance.The predominate focus of your role will be working with our Corporate Services teams, implementing visual management, building CI capability and refining their CI journeys to provide an optimum environment for teams to fulfil their potential.You will also support national change programmes and projects with identifying improvements and efficiencies, ensuring that new systems and work routines are developed to maximise value to our customers and the organisation.Regular travel to other HMLR offices may be required, with overnight stays expected where appropriate.Please see the attached Candidate Pack for further information on this role and our fantastic rewards package.Responsibilities as ourContinuous Improvement Practitioner:
