Our client is looking to continue the expansion of their team by taking on a Communications & MarketingExecutive who will be able to contribute to its periodic publications, YouTube content, and write enticing articles of emails to members.Youll be working with an established presence in the retail space as they are one of the largest membership organisations in the industry, which represents a diverse range of individuals and companies. Hosting events, keeping them up to date with the latestnews, and helping them network with new customers and partners.The ideal candidate with have previous experience working in Content Marketing, has the technical ability to create and develop email campaigns, while having experience and understanding with tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics. If you happento have a Journalism background, that is a massive plus.For your time and efforts, youll be working in an environment that will support your personal and professional development, working with talented colleagues, holiday entitlement + bank holidays, and a competitive salary.Key Responsibilities:

• Writing news articles and features for publication across all channels but especially The Fed magazine.
• Assisting in proofreading and editing.
• Monitoring local, national and industry publications so The Fed is updated with relevant industry information and breaking news and can react, as necessary.
• Drafting news releases in response to breaking news and for distribution via traditional and media channels.
• Responding to press inquiries quickly and efficiently.
• Organising briefings for senior officials and members ahead of radio and TV interviews.
• Assisting in the production of Fed supplements - writing articles, proofreading.
• Manage and produce content for The Feds YouTube channel.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Maintain and update media contact lists.
• Evaluate and review marketing campaigns and statistics.
• Periodically attend and cover events such as conferences and exhibitions.
• Work closely with inhouse design to create marketing materials.

Key Experience:

• Content management skills.
• Technical ability to create and develop email campaigns.
• Experience with Hootsuite, Canva, MS Office, Teams.
• Strong writing ability to deliver at a fast pace.
• Thorough understanding of Google Analytics and A/B testing
• Confident and comfortable on camera for YouTube content.
• Photoshop, WordPress, CSS/HTML skills and understanding of typography
• Video editing capabilities with iMovie and Adobe Premier or other software.
