First Achieves Engineering Division are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer for their client who are specialists in CNC machine building and refurbishment, based in and around Durham area. This fantastic position will include diagnostic work, maintenanceand repairs of a range of high-quality machine tool systems and site facilities.The salary for this role is in the region of £35,000 - £38,000 (DOE).The Role:Repair, Maintenance, Diagnosis of faults and refurbishment of machines.Working with pneumatics , hydraulics, CNC and PLC machines.Workshop based. However, successful candidates will be expected to attend call outs when required.Essential:Previous experience as a CNC service engineer, or service technician.Confidence with either electrical or mechanical breakdowns of machinery.Experience working with ANY programming language (Fanuc, Heidenhein, Mazatrol).Good knowledge of fault-finding, diagnostics checking and equipment inspections.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business, who truly are a household name within the markets they operate in.
