Internal Account Manager Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client enquiries and concerns.
  • Understand clients needs and collaborate with internal teams to exceed expectations.
Account Growth:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and cross selling.
  • Introduce new products or services that align with clients evolving needs. Communication and Coordination:
  • Effectively communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address client requests and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on relevant products, services, and industry trends.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyse client data and performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on key account metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Utilise data insights to enhance client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
