Home based Block Manager - North & East Yorkshire - c£32,500My client is a large national block management specialist.Within their North & East Yorkshire block portfolio, a need has arisen for a fully home based block manager to oversee key RMC and New Build Blocks located across North and East Yorkshire up as far as Stockton on Tees.The suitable block manager will have 2 years minimum block management experience during which time they will have managed a variety of block types and dealt with the full range of block duties (service charges, major works etc.).As this position is FULLY HOME BASED the suitable block manager must be able to work without supervision and organise their whereabouts according to the needs of the block portfolio.Our client has a dedicated accounts and administration department so the successful block manager will have excellent all round support enabling more time on site and less time answering basic resident queries.If you are a Yorkshire based, experienced Block Manager keen to work fully home based locally please apply now for immediate consideration and further detailed info.
