Job Description

Want to work for a warm and friendly independent estate agent in Dulwich as a LettingsAdministrator, where your voice is heard, and genuine career progressionIf youre from an estate agency background, whether thats Sales or Lettings Administration, or even a Sales or Lettings Negotiator looking to get your weekends back, itll put you in good stead as youll know what it takes.The crux of the role is to make sure the team is performing as smoothly and efficiently as the can. Whether thats writing property descriptions, uploading them to portals, or key handling and cross referencing offers.As a valued member of the team, they want to hear what you have to say. They are looking for someone who isnt afraid to share their opinions, suggest new ideas and offer solutions to aid the way everyone works.Key Responsibilities

  • Absorbing the administrative tasks of the sales or lettings team to enable them perform better
  • Collating information from clients, anything from legal documents and certifications to particulars
  • Pulling all sales or lettings information together, producing memorandums and agreements and writing to all parties
  • Collating figures and data to help measure team performance and project growth
  • Producing and finalising property brochures, including photos, videos and descriptions
  • Linking up with the marketing and social media team to share details of unique properties and special features
  • Calling previous clients to see how things are going at their property and whether we can assist with anything
Package:
  • £21,000 to £23,000
  • Monday to Friday 09.0018.00
  • 4 weeks holiday
