A law firm where no other firm has comparable experience within West Somerset and Exmoor Would you like to join their office located in the picturesque Exmoor National ParkEnable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client and recruiting for a permanent Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive based near Dulverton, Somerset (Exmoor National Park).The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. The annual salary is £38,000 - £52,000 per annum DOE. Key Responsibilities:Working alongside knowledgeable and friendly colleagues you will be required to manage a varied Private Client caseload including but not limited to; Wills, LPAs, Probate and Tax & Trusts work.On a daily basis you will be advising on the full scope of private client matters to include wills, trusts, probate, LPA’s, elderly care, and IHT matters etc.Applications are encouraged from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives capable of managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.You will need to demonstrate strong client care and communication skills, paired with solid technical expertise, and the ability to handle complex and HNW private client matters.Experience, attributes & skills sought:*The successful candidate will be either a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive and have between 2 - 5 years PQE.
