Role: Operations ManagerLocation: ExmoorSalary Range: £50,000 - £70,000Are you a driven and motivated Operations Manager with a background in high-volume manufacturing who thrives in close-knit teams Are you focussed on Continuous Improvement Does improving production processes and performance give you a reason to get outof bed in the morningIm working with a forward-thinking, technology led, family-run business in the heart of the Exmoor National Park who are seeking to expand their leadership team by appointing an Operations Manager.The ideal candidate will have a strong grounding in Continuous Improvement and demonstrate an ability to bring about incremental changes following a period of observation and benchmarking current processes and procedures. You should be equally comfortablepresenting at board level, interacting with machine operators and exerting influence during all of these interactions.
