Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a dynamic and highly motivated pharmacist to our team in the new West Somerset Primary Care Network (Porlock, Minehead, Dunster, Williton & Dulverton area). You will ideally be a qualified independent prescriber, but applications are welcome from those working towards this qualification.You will based within the GP practices, providing invaluable support to the GPs and other healthcare professionals within the multi-disciplinary teams. The role will include a substantial component of face to face patient contact, as well as liaison with colleagues in community pharmacy and secondary care.You will join an established team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, and given full support to develop your chosen career pathway.
