Job Description

SEN Teaching AssistantCover People are currently recruiting for an SEN TA for a full-time role in a Primary School in Tameside for an ASAP start.The RoleA Primary School in Tameside is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP for an on-going roles. The successful applicant will be supporting a child with acute autistic traits who is awaiting transfer to a specialist provision. The school is seekingsomebody with prior experience of supporting students with Autism, who is able to commit to maintain stability for the child.This role will be 5 days per week from 08:30AM to 3:30PM, and will be on an on-going basis.The candidate must have:

  • Experience and knowledge of supporting children with SEN
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • DBS on update register
  • References for last 2 years work history
  • Up to date CV
