Job Description

REED are delighted to bepartnering with a fantastic company based in Rugby.This company islooking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a part time basis. You will be in a finance team sitting with Accounts Receivable. They are looking to start someone ASAP on a 6-month temp to perm contract.Hours of work:

Fully office based
10:00am - 14:00pm
Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities will include:

Maintaining the billing system
Generating invoices and account statements
Performing account reconciliations
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Producing monthly financial and management reports
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
Debt recovery

What you need to succeed:

IT literate with good working knowledge of Excel
Ability to work to targets
Well organised and thorough
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive and Methodical with your workload
Strong customer service skills
