Job Description

Job Title: Water Hygiene Contracts Co-Ordinator Location: Dudley, West Midlands.Salary / Benefits £19k - £26k + Training + BenefitsAn innovative and leading Water Hygiene / Legionella company we are working closely with, are now seeking a strong Water Hygiene Contract Co-Ordinator. You will be joining their friendly team in the West Midlands. This role would suit someone who has excellentorganisational skills, able to book in work and efficiently arrange accommodation on a national scale. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Wolverhampton, Wednesbury, West Bromwich, Dudley, Birmingham, Halesowen, Solihull, Litchfield, Cannock, Marston Green, Stourbridge.Experience & Qualifications: " Will have a water hygiene background, working within an administrative position." Able to organise workload in line with company requirements. " Will have an excellent telephone manner. " Will be IT literate and able to work from company databases. " Excellent customer service skills. The Role:" Working on internal databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. " Liaising with clients to book in / confirm jobs to be carried out. " Answering phone calls, directing customers correctly, dealing with enquiries. " Arranging accommodation for engineers upon confirmation of work. " Raising purchase orders and invoiced upon completion of work. " Booking in work for engineers." Carrying out general administrative tasks e.g., scanning, filing documents and sending post.
