Service Desk Team Lead - Hybrid working - up to £37,500This fixed and mobile, Voice and Data, IT communication company offer solutions to over 1000 clients in the public and private sector. With 30 years of experience, they have a role for a Service Desk Team Leader to oversee 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support.Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will lead by example and around 70% of your time will be handling escalations and more complex cases. In addition, you will mentor the Voice Support Team, set direction and workload.
