Job Description

2nd Line Support Engineer - Office BasedUp to £34000 + Car + BenefitsMidlands based Managed Service Provider are actively looking to add to their technical team to work in conjunction with the service team and act as the secondary point of contact to key clients across the country.To apply for the 2nd Line Support Engineer will require the following:

  • Extensive experience at 2nd line level, with specific focus on software technology.
  • Have supported clients across a range of technologies including - Veeam, Dato, Office 365 (dealing with Group Policies), Active Directory, Barracuda (other security software beneficial), Azure, TEAMS Telephony, Firewalls & Routers plus a solid understandingof Networking Technology.
  • Experience offering technical advice and mentoring junior members of a technical team
  • Full driving license
The 2nd Line Support Engineer role will be mainly office based and will be a key part of the IT team.
