The organisation have achieved fives across the board throughout all the services they offer in their most recent inspection reports and we’re incredibly excited to be supporting them with their recruitment needs. The purpose of the role is to offer housing support and care at home services to ensure the service users are able to lead independent and fulfilling lives in which they are able to achieve their wishes and aspirations. This will be achieved by offering person centred support at all times following personal support plans and the organisations lead in putting the people you support at the heart of everything you do.The ideal candidate will have experience working with challenging behaviours as well as access to own transport or be willing and able to work in Drumchapel. Ideally, you will be qualified to SVQ level 3 in Social Care, however, the organisation is as dedicated to their staff as they are the people they support and will fund and support you through your SVQ level 3 if you aren’t already qualified.People that work within this organisation tend to stay as the training and progression opportunities are there for the right people. So if you want to work hard, learn and be part of an organisation with a low turnover of staff and managers and directors who have worked their way up from the bottom, then we would love to hear from you.
