Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Software Development Engineer to join our client in Derbyshire.The Software Development Engineer will be involved in creating innovative software for varied projects across the group.The role of the Software Development will include.

  • Design and develop software for Military and Offshore Products, contributing to the companys technological advancements.
  • Provide technical support across all departments, utilizing your expertise in electrical and automation systems.
  • Manage the software revision system, ensuring meticulous records and documentation for compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members, offering support and expertise as needed.
  • Design and develop software solutions using Java and C++ programming languages.
  • Utilize your knowledge of the GTK Windowing framework for efficient software development.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Linux Operating Systems and HMI Design.
  • Expertise in Modbus RTU and TCP/IP communication protocols to facilitate seamless communication between devices.

  • Proficient in Java and C++ programming languages with a keen eye for software development.
