The Role* Offer technical support for junior members of the team.* Dealing with clients and referrers on a variety of Residential Property purchase and sale transactions. * Run a caseload of Residential Property matters and will be used to working with an IT case management system. * You will also have a natural ability to work at pace and will be able to work autonomously with minimum supervision.The Candidate* Have experience handling a varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion.* Highly organised, efficient, and proactive who are committed to meeting deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure. * Excellent all round communication skills providing good customer service and attention to detail is essential. * You will be positively challenged and will be supported in the management of the team and the development of your role as a valued member of the Company.
