Job Description

HR Advisor / Junior HR Business Partner Droitwichc£30k plus benefitsDo you have broad HR generalist experience, and are you seeking a new exciting role We are looking for an HR Advisor that offers a broad and varied remit, set in lovely office environment. The role comes an attractive benefits package.You will report to the Head of HR, where you will gain invaluable experience. You will provide robust support to the Head of HR and the wider management team.You will have a busy and varied workload including:

  • First point of contact for HR and recruitment process queries in person, by email and telephone.
  • Coordinate the annual colleague survey, run feedback reports, set up interim pulse surveys.
  • Provide support for TUPE, restructures and acquisitions.
  • Attend disciplinary, grievance, appeal and other meetings as witness and notetaker.
  • All HR reporting including monthly HR metrics for Board Report.
  • Support Community, Environment and Wellbeing activities.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and people plans.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting vacancy adverts and working with employment agencies
  • Assist managers with shortlisting, arranging interviews, sending acknowledgements and declines
  • Make verbal offers, organise start dates and arrange induction training
  • Draft employment contracts and gather new starter information using our electronic signature and data capture process (DocuSign)
The role requires exceptional planning and organisational skills and an eye for detail, with a numerate, accurate approach. This role suits a positive people person who enjoys the challenge of a high volume, varied, generalist HR workload.
