SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Droitwich who are looking for Customer Service Supervisors to join the team Fully remote / Hybrid working to suit candidate after probation Can work 40 or 45 hours (you will have an increase in salary for 45 hours) paid breaks Office hours are 8am - 7pm so flexibility on working hours to suit Saturday 10-4 although this on a rota basis Key Accountabilities / Activities / Duties - Responsible for the efficiency of the Emergency Accommodation service, managing all new instructions. - Responsible for motivating the team to achieve set targets on a quarterly basis. - Monitor and enforce SLAs - Oversee and liaise with the team with regards to the prioritisation of daily activities, and ensure they are all completed within the set time frames. - Field complaints and ensure they are handled within company policy - Responsible for monitoring our instruction volumes and adjusting priorities/workload within the team - Assist in overseeing the Rota, ensuring sufficient staff are scheduled at all times covering holidays and sick where ever possible. General duties: - To familiarise yourself with your departmental standards of performance and to be able to demonstrate their application - To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times - To co-operate and communicate with colleagues, and Management to ensure effective department teamwork and high morale - To attend any meetings, training sessions or courses that may be beneficial to you and your department - To follow any procedures set up for energy conservation - Flexibility regarding out of hours phone to ensure appropriate coverage. - At least one years experience in a similar role
