School Site Manager - Draycott Moor SchoolPermanent, Full Time, 37.5 hours per weekA vacancy for the role of School Site Manager in StaffordshireFor the role the successful candidate will provide reactive and planned property maintenance support for our school, compromising two buildings, outside activity areas and grounds.The ideal candidate will be a seasoned multi-trades-person capable of routine property maintenance and repairs, As a self-monitoring role, the successful candidate will be confident to make decisions, manage time, work with the school team, prioritise workloadand report performance to the Head Teacher.You will be responsible for the provision of reactive and proactive maintenance support to the school team, school security and maintaining a safe school environment ensuring that the school has a safe and efficient working environment and infrastructurefor its employees, pupils and their activities.Key responsibilities

Repairs to damages
Practical recording daily, weekly, monthly checks
Health and Safety background
Key holder for the school
Previous experience in a similar setting
