Job Description

Salary range: £35,000 - £42,000Nonstop Care has working with a well-established independent fostering agency in the South East, and they are currently seeking a supervising social worker to join their team in a permanent role.This agency takes a therapeutic approach to fostering, which means that you will collaborate with a team that tailors their efforts to meet the unique needs of each child, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for them. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the quality of care and support foster carers, ensuring the children get the best care possible
  • Manage a caseload in the Kent area.
  • Responsible for assessments, supervision, and support to foster carers
Requirements:
  • Registration with Social work England (SWE)
  • Driving License
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation pertaining.
  • Experience working within the Social Care sector, preferably in fostering
