We are P & O, with an enviable heritage, brand recognition and future investment there has never been a better time to join us.The roleWe are currently looking for an IT Security and Compliance Manager to help bolster the IT team during a time of tremendous change. We are looking for someone to come in to be responsible for the continuous improvement of information security and cyber securitycontrols. This role will make sure that there is ongoing compliance with ISO 27001 information cyber security standards and you are developing and implementing P&O Ferries information security policies.The role will also look at managing the communication flow with our employees making them aware of information security around information security risks and how to mitigate them. You will also work with the P&O Legal team on contractual obligations forsupplier in relation to IS and cyber security.You will work with the IT porcurement team to review supplier contracts to make sure they adhere to our IS standards and update this policy to keep up to date with the ever changing landscape.There will also be work around penetration testing making sure that you deliver objective insights into the exisistence of vulnerabilities and effectiveness of our defences.This role will be home based with occasional travel to Dover.The organisationP&O Ferries is one of the best loved brands within the UK and we are considered a Superbrand.
