Job Description

To be responsible for the day to day functioning of the HR admin and support services, taking an advisory role on best practices for recruitment and retention of staff, as well as general HR services.Client DetailsThe client are a business based in Dover.DescriptionKey responsibilities of the role:

  • Using HR systems to access, input and compile data and provide analysis of the data to identify trends.
  • Support the Group HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function.
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports to required deadlines.
  • Coordinate the end to end recruitment process, from authority to recruit, to employee on boarding, including assisting with and developing recruitment strategies.
  • Management and promotion of employee benefits systems.
  • Complete all end to end leaver processes to ensure all tasks are completed to the required timescales.
  • ProfileKey skills required:
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified- or be actively working towards this.
  • Have experience in working with HR information systems.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working in HR for a commercial organisation.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Have the ability to multi task and work on various projects at one time.
  • Strong communication skills.
