We are looking for a Customs Administrator to join our current team to help with new and existing work, whilst maintaininga seamless service. If youre looking for a role within a dynamic and enthusiastic environment and have a willingness to succeed we have the opportunity for you!Working MonFri, 08:0017:00, youll be responsible for ensuring supplier documentation and paperwork is compliant, before completing the data entry onto the Government platform, IPAFFS. This includes creating pre notifications, readying files for thecustoms clearance teams, as well as raising jobs within our in-house IT systems. If you enjoy an administration role and have proven reliability & attendance record, then you will be well suited to this vacancy. Attention to detail, to ensure accuracy, combinedwith a strong work ethic are essential.We seek someone who hasat least one years current experience within a Customs role, as we will require you to demonstrate a basic understanding of relevant customs related laws and regulations. However, if successful, further trainingwill be provided, so an enthusiasm to learn and broaden your knowledge base is a key attribute. An ability to work within tight timescales is essential, along with strong computer and communication skills which are necessary for this role. You will be assistingwith the development of customer relationships and handling any queries which may arise, to ensure we are maintaining a fantastic customer service.The team are incredibly supportive and will ensure that you are comfortable in your new role,on hand to offerany help or advice you may need.We understand that to be successful we need to grow and develop our talent.
