Berthing MasterLocation: DoverSalary: Up to £23k DOEAbout the Company:If you are wanting to make a difference in one of the south coasts best loved Marina’s, then please read on. You would provide outstanding customer service to all Marina customers, whilst undertaking Marina office duties.Our client is looking for somebody to pro-actively control the day to day Marina office operations, providing berth allocation to both residents and visiting vessels and safe and efficient operation of the Wellington dock lock and navigation cut. You will make informed decisions and be able to evaluate, prioritise and respond appropriately to all incoming communications. You will also maintain security surveillance of all marina areas and respond accordingly to any identified incidents.This position is shift based (12 hours) and will include working days and nights.Berthing Master Requirements:
