Job Description

JOB TITLE: HR & Training AdministratorLOCATION: Dover | Hybrid working (up to 4 days WFH)SALARY: £12.75ph to £14.36phTERM: 12 weeks, possibly longerHOURS: Monday to Friday, 35hrs a week (flexible hours)START: ImmediatelyStart the New Year with this incredible new role! Office Angels are proud to be working with this large expanding client based in Dover, Kent. The offices are based close to the town centre within easy reach of local Bus and Train stations. This client offerssuch a supportive working environment with flexible hours and the option to work from home up to 4 days a week - perfect to help juggle that work/life balance.This is a temporary role starting immediately for a minimum of 12 weeks, however this could be extended for the right candidate. Ideally we are looking for candidates with HR or Recruitment experience, however strong Administrators will also be considered.The day to day duties in your new job could be:

  • Managing the recruitment life cycle end to end for all live vacancies
  • Advertising jobs
  • Writing job specifications
  • Monitoring job applications and shortlisting candidates
  • Arranging assessment days and assisting candidates on the day
  • Issuing reference requests
  • Organising the onboarding of all new starters
  • Conducting Right to Work checks in line with UK Government Guidelines
  • Issuing employment contracts and letters of employment
  • Managing employee files and records
  • Supporting the HR and Payroll team in taking messages, responding to emails
  • Managing and updating sickness records
  • Organising training sessions both online and in person
  • Updating employee training records
  • Checking employees have received logins etc for training sessions
  • Any other HR duties as required
