  • Reconciling financial information to insure accuracy before a systems migration
  • Managing and processing invoices accurately and timely.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Reconciling bank statements.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
  • Supporting the Accounting & Finance team in daily administrative tasks.
ProfileA successful Accounts Assistant should have:
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent mathematical skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • A keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.

Job Offer
