Job Description

Senior PlannerDorkingHA 11092Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experienceOur client an established land and property developer is urgently looking for a Senior Planner to work within their growing team based in Surrey. The team currently offer a wide variety of acquisition, design and planning services to their clients.For this role it is anticipated that the successful Senior Planner will:

  • Have a BSc / MSc (or equivalent) in an appropriate planning related discipline
  • Be MRTPI qualified (or close to achieving this)
  • Have a demonstrable combined public and private sector planning experience
  • Hold a full UK drivers licence
Duties:
  • Undertaking planning reviews, appraisals and applications
  • Managing graduate members of the team
  • Identifying potential sites for development
  • Liaising with clients and local authorities
  • Preparing reports and statements
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities for new business from both existing and new clients
  • Managing and forecasting fee income
