Job Description

Were looking for a Proposition Manager to join an industry leading organisation who are currently going through a period of growth due to continued success!Youd work as part of a team to develop, manage and execute propositions that support key strategic areas within the business.Key Responsibilities

  • To develop a strategy and plan that further enables the wider business strategy, particularly engagement when it comes to plans to grow SME customers, retain existing ones, and increase revenue.
  • Design and manage a program of complex initiatives.
  • Analyse competitors and market trends - improving customer experience and digital processes.
  • Enhance propositions for a competitive edge.
  • Act as a Proposition Champion for the wider organisation, collaborating with Marketing for a strong brand presence.
  • Create business cases for the Executive Committee, measuring initiative effectiveness and drive engagement metrics.
  • Manage key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure information security and compliance.
