Worth RecruitingProperty Industry RecruitmentPROPERTY MANAGER Residential Lettings AgencyLocation: Dorking, RH4Salary: OTE £32kPosition: PermanentFull TimeAn experienced ResidentialProperty Manager is requiredto help with the management of the property portfolio of a busy Estate and Lettings Agency in the Dorking area.This highly responsible Property Manager role will involve covering all aspects of managing the Lettings property database so an exceptional knowledge of lettings and management processes is essential, and an ARLA qualification would behighly beneficial.You will be a person who can communicate effectively with Landlords and Tenants, ensuring Landlords instructions are adhered to as well as following current legislation.The role includes but not limited to: ensuing all properties have valid Gas Safety certificates, issuing works orders making sure the works are carried out and the Landlord and Tenants are kept updated, dealing with deposit and serving appropriate notices.Previous Property Management experience is an essential requirement.The skills required for this Property Manager (Residential Lettings) role will include:

  • At least 12 months previous experience in Residential Property Management
  • Good understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures
  • An understanding Section 8s and Section 21s
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
  • Have excellent inter-personal skills
  • Strong Organisational Skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
  • Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Live in the local area
  • Have a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
