New areas of the property have opened to the public, making this a year-round attraction with lots of opportunities within the team. The property boasts glorious views of the surrounding Surrey Hills, as well as an impressive art collection, manicured gardens and a large National Trust Shop. This picturesque property is just four miles outside of Dorking, however youre likely to need your own transport to get here.Everything in the garden reflects Mrs. Grevilles desire to impress her guests with lavish displays, garden tours are available through the day in summer and weekends in the winter. What youll be doing With your love of food and your appetite to provide an exceptional service to your customers, you’ll work with the National Trust Cookbook framework to prepare delicious food. You’ll always be looking to maximise income opportunities by minimising waste and controlling costs and resources. With your attention to detail you’ll ensure each dish is fresh, tasty and beautifully presented every time.To make this happen we need to ensure our kitchens are presented to the highest standard and are compliant with all relevant legislation around food hygiene and COSHH.
