Consultant Psychiatrist ReferencePRI38075LocationPelham Woods, South Terrace, Harrowlands Park, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 2RAPelham Woods is a 21 bed rehabilitation and recovery service for women with complex mental health needs.Our comprehensive multi-disciplinary team pride our selves on our ability to work both with enduring mental illness but also those who struggle with regulating emotions, acts of impulsivity and managing relationships.The hospital is set in picturesque grounds overlooking the Surrey Hills and has extensive facilities including onsite Gym, Purpose Built OT Kitchen aswell as Occupational Facilities.As a member of the team at Pelham Woods you will be encouraged to let your creative side flow, positively contributing to the sites success. You will also have free access to the onsite gym facilities.Our aim is to rebuild the patients confidence, self-esteem and hopes for the future and to give them the knowledge and resources to manage their own health so that they can manage their own sustainable recoveryWe are seeking a motivated individual to work as a Consultant Psychiatrist. As a consultant Psychiatrist you would work closely with the Medical Director as part of the senior management team to enable the hospital to provide and excellent operational and clinical performance.As a Consultant Psychiatrist you would lead a team of professionals from nursing, clinical psychology, occupatioal therapy and others to manage an agreed number of patients.
