The position as ResourcerTo assist with the delivering of recruitment requirements of the client in conjunction with forecast. Ensuring suitable candidates are screened, inducted and commence with the agreed timeframe. Worker liaison and support post start date to ensure a satisfactoryexperience for all candidates.Responsibilities for a Resourcer:Tasks and responsibilities of the Resourcer include but are not limited to- Produce and place candidate attraction material in line with company and client guidelines- Collate marketing responses and perform initial screening- Allocate suitable candidates to stage 1 of the recruitment process- Assess candidates in line with the designated criteria via face to face interview and site assessment- Allocate successful candidates to second stage of recruitment process (Induction)- Complete worker referencing process in line with customer requirements- Allocate successful candidates to the on boarding process- Provide continuous worker welfare and support post start date- Other operational supporting duties as required during busy periods or times of colleague holidaysA successful candidate as Resourcer will have- Flexible to support business needs / requirements- Numerate & PC literate- Effective communication skills, and able to build relationships and rapport- Good time management skills- Highly organised and can work effectively under pressure- Methodical with high attention to detailWhat we offer for a Resourcer:
