REED Engineering are working with a leading Engineering company who are growing at a rapid pace.Job PurposeToolmaker Engineer to join the team within our company .The successfulcandidate will be a time served toolmaker with experience of injection mould tools, extrusion toolingand be conversant with all tool room machinery and bench fitting.Key Duties/Qualifications/Skills: Manufacture, modification, repair and refurbishment (up to 15 tonnes). Using recognised problem-solving techniques to analyse tool problems. Adhere to H&S regulations & procedures. Carry out manual handing tasks. Polypipe procedures/processes are adhered to. Maintain Quality standards. Maintaining a clean and safe environment to a high standard of housekeeping. Ability to follow drawings and instructions. Excellent timekeeping. Good communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Positive work ethic. Commitment and reliability. Work on own initiative.Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week8am4pm.
