They will have a wealth of experience in similar roles, with demonstrable abilities of managing a large team within a large nursery setting. They will be a good leader with the ability to motivate and inspire their staff, as well as maintain a high quality experience for all the nurserys families. The Nursery Manager will have a high level of qualification, as a minimum will hold a level 3 in a full and relevant childcare workforce qualification with a commitment to ongoing professional development. They will be proficient in ICT and managing nursery systems, as well as be able to communicate well with children and their families, colleagues and other professionals including during quality assurance and Ofsted visits. Hours are offered Monday to Friday, 40hours per week.
