Job Description

Estates Officer (Capital Projects), Doncaster, £18- £22.50 P/H (MondayFriday)Client:Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Estates Officer(Capital Projects)to join a large Public Sector organisation in Doncaster.This assignment can start immediately.Essential skills and experience required:

  • Assist Capital Project Managers in managing, monitoring and coordinating all activity required for the successful delivery of Estates Capital projects
  • Carrying out the design and specification of minor projects including the provision of feasibilities, budgets and the production of CAD drawings, specifications and tender information
  • Provide professional advice and input on design standards and technical requirements relating to Capital projects carried out by the Estates Department.
  • Work to statutory obligations, Building Regulations, Health & Safety Guidance, Construction Design and Management Regulations, and other policy and procedural documents as issued by the Department of Health and the Trust
  • Carry out surveys of sites, buildings and services, using surveying/measuring equipment, and detailed programmed inspections, condition surveys etc
  • Experience the delivery of building and engineering projects.
  • Experience in the management of a high quality, responsive and cost effective project management service with specific customer focus
