Job Description

Digital Marketing Executive Up to £30kDoncaster Permanent Fulltime One of the fastest-growing national waste management and recycling companies in the UK is looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Executive to join our fantastic and friendly team. This will be a hybrid role where you will share your time betweenhomeworking and their newly refurbished office based in Doncaster.We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking individual with a passion for making a difference in our sector. The ideal candidate will work across all areas of the business alongside key internal stakeholders to lead and develop our marketing strategy.Main Duties:

  • Develop content strategies to optimise targeted keywords
  • Support the organic growth of the website through regular analysis
  • Collate data regularly and report to management
  • Run technical audits ensuring that site performance is maximised
  • Co-ordinate with the IT department to address any performance issues
  • Produce and manage content across all social media platforms
  • Manage PPC accounts across Google and Microsoft effectively, while running campaigns in line with the marketing budget
  • Develop the site with additional landing pages to increase organic traffic
  • Blog management
  • Website maintenance
Experience Required
  • Experience with Ahrefs or similar
  • Experience with Google search console and analytics
  • Knowledge of white hat SEO (Guest blogging/Quality link building)
  • Knowledge/experience with SEO strategy/practices
  • Experience in running organic social media campaigns
  • Experience in PPC (Google and Microsoft)
  • Knowledge of/experience with WordPress
  • Experience of blog creation/management
Desirable:
  • Creative content design (image and video)
  • Experience with moosend or similar
  • Experience with Hootsuite or similar
  • Familiar with non-linear video editing software (After Effects, DaVinci Resolve)
  • Familiar with Audio editing software (Audacity)
  • Familiar with photo editing and processing software (Lightroom, CaptureOne)
  • Proficient in adobe design software (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Proficient with PDF editing (Adobe Acrobat)
