37.5 hours- 24 hour rotational post As part of the redesign to unplanned mental health services in Doncaster we are able to offer a rare opportunity for motivated professionals to join Doncaster Crisis Resolution Team.The role will involve the triage assessment and intervention of service users in crisis and will involve telephone, home visits and assessments in A&E.As part of the Crisis Resolution Service we are opening a brand new Crisis Assessment Unit (PDU), located on the Tickhill Road Site in Doncaster. The facility is open 24/7 and provides an extended chair based crisis assessment for 2-3 people who are experiencing acute mentioned distress and crisis.
