Job Description

Job Title: AdministratorLocation/Trust: Doncaster Royal InfirmaryDepartment: Facilities DepartmentBand/Pay rate: £9.49 per hourHours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pmPlacement Ref: 45677The RoleWould you like to be part of a team that works well together, always there to help each other This location is easily accessible by public transport and has onsite parking.If you answered yes, the Doncaster Royal Infirmary would love to hear from youWe have a temporary placements opportunity available for an administrator. They will be providing the following support to the team.

  • General admin and general office duties including filling, typing
  • Assisting with staff requests both via email and face to face,
  • Creating ID badges in line with security policies
  • Adding door access to key cards
  • Ad hoc admin duties
The skills required are
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Net 2 and Microsoft systems experience
Doncaster Royal Infirmary is located on Thorne Rd, Doncaster DN2 5LT, it is easily accessible via both car and public transport. There is onsite parking (Fees will apply).
