Job Description

Domus are proud to be working with a fantastic healthcare provider that provide exceptional rehabilitation care for adults with neurological disabilities including Spinal injuries, Brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis. The company are well known in the local area and want a Registered Manager to work closely with the Operations Manager as well as the other Registered Manager of the service. The home is rated as ‘Good’ and is a lovely role to go intoRegistered Manager Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Operations Manager and the other Registered Manager to ensure the needs of the service are being met.

CQC knowledge is impeccable

Ensure Regulation and Compliance is achieved

Work on the training of the staff and to ensure that health and safety is always achieved

HR experience and recruitment

Have a flexible and adaptable approach

Maintaining high standards of environmental safety/quality and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere

Ensure staff are fully trained with all mandatory training

Registered Manager Requirements:

Previous managerial experience in a similar environment

Have a level 4/5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Qualified Nurse – RGN/RMN

Understand CQC and regulations

Have strong people and communication skills.

Have strong IT skills including Microsoft office
