Michelle Denny Recruitment is happy to be working alongside a Diss based business that offer outsource claim solutions to the insurance industry and they are looking to build their existing team of Recovery Claims Handlers. Salary is £25,000pa with a monthlyperformance & attendance related bonus and some lovely benefits. Hours are 38.75 a week, rotad between 8am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday, possibly on a hybrid basis.The role is a stimulating one, as youll be managing your own cases. Youll have responsibility for the recovery of client uninsured losses sustained as a result of Road Traffic Accidents. With the losses including hire and repair costs, excess, pre-accidentvehicle value, recovery, storage and loss of earnings, this is a role where you can really make a difference to each clients claim journey, guiding their way and ensuring they are given regular and accurate updates leading to a smooth transition to a successfulend of their claim.Plus of course, youll use your excellent detective skills to gather the relevant information to investigate Liability Disputes, (Sherlock Holmes Deerstalker cap not included!).As well as experience within managing claims, youll need superb communication skills across the board, as youll predominantly be liaising on the phone with insurers, clients, solicitors and vehicle repairers and will need to keep timely and accurate recordson the companys Case Management system.There is a great set of benefits and a friendly, team-oriented bunch of colleagues with whom to work, so if you would like to find out more, please contact Michelle Denny or simply apply online.
