We are looking for an experienced and commercially astute candidate to join our Management Team.Reporting to the Finance Director, the Midwich Finance Manager will play a key role in managing the Diss based finance teams and play a key role in driving company & UK&I segment key performance indicators, as well as taking responsibility for providing the business with relevant timely information. A keen eye for detail with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment is key.Our staff are the cornerstone of our Group success, so experience managing, developing and mentoring staff to a high standard is paramount.To be considered for this position, you must have the following skills and experience:

  • ACA/ACCA or equivalent
  • 3 years + post qualification experience
  • Must have a proven track record of managing and developing staff;
  • Good general understanding of IT systems;
  • Be able to communicate effectively horizontally & vertically within the business;
  • Advanced Excel skills are imperative;
  • Working knowledge of cube based financial reporting software is an advantage;
