* Working Monday to Friday* Good salary and benefits on top* Training and support providedMichelle Denny Recruitment is looking for a Credit Controller for an established financial company located in Diss, Norfolk - starting salary of £20k (negotiable for experience).Well talk through salary expectations during our initial conversation as it will tally with your level of experience - if youre interested in starting a career in Credit Control, wed be happy to hear from you too, as full training can be given.Youll play a key part within the business, providing a first-class and efficient service to customers, ensuring that monies owed are paid.Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, daily duties will include:* Communicating with customers regarding their policy direct debits* Advising appropriately and setting up payment plans as necessary* Taking payments* Updating the system with amendments and conversation notes* Liaising with debt management companiesWhat youll need:* Ideally, experience within a similar role or the zeal for a new career in credit control* Good numeracy skills* Steadfast, professional, friendly and empathetic communication skills* Accurate data input skillsWorking hours:37.5 hours per weekMonday to Friday Working hours are 9am-5.30pm and 10am-6.30pm, alternating weekly.The offices are open and bright and are located right next to Diss train station.
