Job Description

Andy File Associates Limited are working as a Recruitment Business on behalf of our client with regards this temp - perm position.Our client is a rapidly growing and ambitious technology company that develops advanced oil condition analysis and analytic sensors and equipment management systems. Their products use leading edge oil analysis and data analytics to determine the healthand maintenance status of equipment, enabling users to reduce cost and waste through maintenance optimisation, pre-emptive fault detection, and reduced waste. Their technologies are applicable anywhere there are moving parts and they believe they will playa pivotal role in enabling environmentally sustainable equipment in the future - from cars and trucks to wind turbines, ships and planes. They are based in Sheffield UK, addressing a global market. The company is entering a phase of explosive growth in thenext 6-12 months.Duties and Responsibilities Picking and Packing equipment to fulfil customers orders Booking in collection of customers orders to be delivered around the world Co-ordinate and produce documentation for effective delivery and clearance of customs of customers orders Communicating with customers to confirm delivery has commenced Booking in goods as and when they come in the building Dealing with COSSH substances when they come in the building Calibrating software and equipment with new variants of oil Testing and basic assembly of bought in equipment Stock Taking and recording of all stock transactions on system both incoming and outgoing Place purchase orders with suppliers so that customers orders can be completedSkills Required Knowledge and experience of using the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc) Keen eye for detail Working to deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDesirable Skills/Experience Knowledge of shipping processes and shipping documents Knowledge of IncotermsHours

  • 9.00 am - 5pm ( 1 hour lunch )
  • Mon - Fri - 37 hours a week
Salary /Hourly rate Range - £12.50 - £15.00
