Job Title: Service Desk Engineer - MSPLocation: Dinnington, Sheffield, South YorkshireSalary: £20,000 - £25,000 (DOE) Verus Recruitment Partners has the pleasure of supporting a well-established IT managed service provider in the Sheffield area. After seeing a huge increase in demand my client is growing their support team. As a result, we are on the lookout for multiple servicedesk engineersYour primary role will be to provide technical IT support and advice to customers based in the Yorkshire area and throughout the UK. You will also work closely with the other members of the support team ensuring that their customers needs are met.The Role:* Work as part of the support team to diagnose, resolve & escalate customer support issues.* Ensure that tickets which are escalated to field engineers are handed over properly and followed up until completion and to the satisfaction of the customer.* Make sure customers receive regular feedback and updates on their issues.* Ensure the service desk is kept up to date with progress on outstanding tickets.* Ensure internal documentation is kept up to date.Whats in it for you* Great starting salary - £20,000 - £25,000 (DOE).* Hybrid working (once probation period complete)* 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
