Job Description

Role - SEN Learning Support (Behavioural Needs)Location - DinningtonContract - Flexible Rate - £85+Reed Education is currently seeking a SEN Learning Support professional to work with children with behavioural needs in the Dinnington. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a similar role and a passion for providing support and guidance to helpthem reach their full potential.Your Potential Role:

  • Provide support to students with behavioural needs to enable them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create individualized learning plans (IEP’s) that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional assistance with their learning and behaviour.
  • Monitor and track the progress of students and report any concerns to relevant stakeholders.
