Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Sales Logistics Coordinator to work on behalf of a rapidly growing medical imaging company with a global presence.Your role will be based out of the Dinnington office (S25) where you will be part of a relatively small team.The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.15pm. An attractive Salary of £28,000 to £30,000 is on offer as well as the chance to join the objective based bonus scheme after 6 months, this give the change for a further 10% of your salary to be earned. Your overall role is to ensure that the spare parts for the imaging machines are delivered to the right place in time and any delays are reported back to the site and engineers who were scheduled to fit the part.Other duties/tasks will include:

  • Processing of purchase orders for spare parts
  • Inputting of receipts and the movement of stock and keeping the stock records up to date
  • Manage the timely collection of parts from the various sites and liaise with the sites waiting for the collections
  • Action, acknowledge and respond to all items relating to logistics from internal and external customers
To be successful in this role you will
  • Be confident using various IT systems including MS office and Outlook
  • Be able to pick up bespoke systems quicky and be IT literate
  • Ideally have some logistics/transport coordination experience (desirable)
  • Have a good team working mindset
  • Be happy working in an office environment
  • Have a good geographical knowledge of the UK
