This company is FMCG based and are looking for Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join their well-established team due to company growth. Salary: £45,000Location: Dinnington, Sheffield Hours: 4 on 4 off - days and nights on rotationA few of the many benefits: *Overtime rates available *Opportunities for progression for the right candidate*Work for a well-established, financially stable company*Advantageous pay*Pension schemeDuties of this position: *Provide mechanical support to both production and equipment at all time*Creating a concise log of events whilst doing all aspects of role including failure reports and PPMs*Always working to a continuous improvement plan to make the company and its employees the best it can be*Ensure you are always compliant to health and safety standards*Fault finding will be a part of the daily role*Attending to breakdowns and working to ensure machinery downtime is kept to a minimum*Carry out planned and reactive maintenance dailyDesired Experience:*Must have a strong background within mechanical maintenance*Mechanically trained in HNC/ HND/ ONC/ OND or equivalent *Ideally worked within a fast-paced environment previously (FMCG)*Excellent fault finding skills*Must be a team player, but also able to work from own initiative if needs be*Be able to work to tight deadlines*Have familiarity of working with in low, medium, and high voltage systems *Ideally have experience/ permit to work in a high hazardous area*Have an awareness of health and safety management systems*Flexible working attitude due to rotating shift pattern*Other duties as and when requiredFor further details please contact Beth Roberts at Elevation Recruitment.REFER A FRIEND!
