Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Assistant to work on behalf of my client, a leading medical imaging organisation based in Dinnington, with hybrid working available. The key purpose of this role is to assist the L&D team in delivery of Learning and Development Services with responsibility for overseeing and management of the software they use.Duties will include:

  • Assisting with L&D related projects and the administration of the L&D strategy
  • Administration of enrolments on the e-learning platformsspecifically new starters, health and safety and compliance training. Includes updating of training records/skills matrices, reporting and analysis of attendance
  • Arrange the booking of trainers, venues, travel accommodation and facilities for L&D events
  • Organisation of training courses in line with the L&D programme in conjunction with the L&D Manager
  • Assisting with identification and coordination of training and development needs within the organisation through the personal review processes
  • Responsibility for roll-out of mandatory training programme
  • Maintain up to date training records for all staff
  • Population of the system with relevant onboarding and induction data for all staff and all records management within the software
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have excellent computer skills - including MS Office, management of databases and software management
  • Be able to learn new systems quickly
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be able to demonstrate process and organisation skills
  • Be able to work well in a team
  • Be an ambassador of the HR Department by ensuring behaviours, values and attributes reflect the highest standards of the Company
The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.15pm and the salary equivalent is between £23,500 and £25,000 dependent of levels of experience. After 6 months successful probationary period you will be eligible to join the bonus scheme which is 15% of base salary.Please apply today to register your interest!
